1. Free Revenue Leak Audit (100% Free)
The Free Revenue Leak Audit is completely free with zero financial obligation. No payment information is ever collected or required for this diagnostic service.
2. Custom Implementation Projects
For custom engineering and system implementation contracts:
- Pre-Build Cancellation: If a project is cancelled prior to technical architecture kickoff (within 48 hours of contract signing), a full 100% refund is issued.
- Milestone Settlement: Projects in active development are billed based on completed milestones (Strategy → Bot Build → CRM Sync → QA Launch) as defined in your Master Services Agreement (MSA).
3. Monthly Revenue Operations Retainers
Ongoing optimization and 24/7 monitoring retainers operate on a monthly billing cycle with zero lock-in contracts. You may cancel at any time with a 14-day notice prior to the next billing date.
