Welcome to RevenueFlow AI. By accessing our platform, utilizing our audit diagnostics, or engaging our engineering team for custom revenue automation systems, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Services

RevenueFlow AI designs, deploys, and monitors full-funnel customer acquisition automation, WhatsApp conversational response systems, calendar schedulers, and CRM synchronization workflows for businesses.

2. Client Obligations & Account Access

To implement and maintain custom automation systems, clients agree to provide necessary access credentials (e.g., Meta Business Manager, WhatsApp Cloud API tokens, CRM webhooks) and maintain accurate business catalog/pricing information.

3. Free Revenue Leak Audit Terms

Our Free Revenue Leak Audit is provided without upfront fee or purchase obligation. Reports are generated based on the business parameters, mystery shopper tests, and channel data provided. We do not guarantee specific revenue figures, as actual results depend on traffic volume, offer quality, and sales fulfillment.

4. Intellectual Property & Deliverables

Custom workflows, bot prompt constitutions, and CRM integrations created for bespoke client engagements become the operating property of the client upon final settlement, while core proprietary frameworks and internal tools remain the intellectual property of RevenueFlow AI.

5. System Availability & Maintenance

We target 99.9% operational uptime for WhatsApp automation nodes. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance and conducted during off-peak hours to minimize business disruption.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RevenueFlow AI or its partners be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from third-party API disruptions (e.g. Meta service downtime or telecom provider outages).
